International shipping notice

International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the $75 shipping rate. Carriers or customs authorities typically collect them before final delivery.

Delivery delays are common. Customs inspections, holiday volume, local courier handoffs, and weather can extend transit beyond the 4–6 week window. Packages occasionally sit in customs for several weeks before release, and we cannot influence or expedite that process.

If a package is refused at customs, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or an incorrect address, the order is not eligible for a refund or reshipment. Please confirm that research peptides may be lawfully imported into your country before ordering.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
